In September, I decided to leave the ranks of Golden Corral. I of course left with something else lined up. Alas, it all fell apart, and so we joined the ranks of the unemployed. It has been quite stressful to say the least. We have been immensely blessed by family and friends and are making it by for now. The time off has given me lots of time to spend with Tricia and the kids and accomplishing a lot around the house and yard that have been put off for quite some time. It really has been a blessing to have the time with Tricia and the kids. I have added a new flower garden out front, redid the office and made it into Tricia's craft room, and the list goes on. None of those brought more joy than teaching Grayce how to ride her bike while at Bear Lake.
